Students and young graduates are eager to join companies where they can have an impact. They also care about the values and the mission a company might have. Finding the right company to start a career is not easy especially if these companies are not as visible as the big ones.

Startups:

Startups are looking to grow and recruit talents. Finding the right match is not simple. They are searching for committed people who would embark on a mission. It require motivation and readiness for change and evolution.

Building the bridge:

We go on a Roadshow across 6 Tech Hubs in Belgium: A6K, BeCentral, Corda Campus, La Grand Poste, The Beacon and Wintercircus. We will stop for a Panel Talk and an apéro drink (18-20h) on the below dates and location.

A startup + a FirstMovers will share precious insights and their experience about recruiting and working for a startup.
